Barry Levin

Barry Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975 and established a successful accounting, taxation and auditing company before migrating to Australia in November 1999.
Barry founded the Charter Financial Group in Australia in 2001 after requalifying as an Australian Chartered Accountant. He acquired a Higher Diploma in Income Tax in South Africa as well as a Graduate Certificate in Taxation and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Taxation from Curtin University Perth.
In March 2007, Barry was registered by ASIC as an auditor in terms of the Corporations Act 2001 and in March 2013 became a registered Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

Michael Ruddy

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade and a half of experience in accounting, finance and taxation, both in practice and commercial settings.
Starting as a graduate in 2007 with a large accounting practice in the UK, Michael went on to run his own department providing accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a range of clients from individuals to large complex group structures.
As well as being a Chartered Accountant (CA), Michael also holds a bachelor degree with Honors (BA Hons) in accounting and finance. Moreover, Michael is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Tax Institute.
Michael’s qualifications combined with his extensive experience ensure that our clients benefit from only the highest levels of service and technical expertise.
Sakhile Mbizwo

Sakhile holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (BCompt) degree from University of South Africa.
Her exposure to public practice since 2008 has led to extensive experience in Accounting and Taxation.
Currently working on her CPA, Sakhile is a great asset to Charter Financial Services and has an excellent rapport with the many clients served by our office.
Yuliana Chandra
ACCOUNTANT

Yuliana completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) at Curtin University.
Yuliana's previous employment had her specializing in personal tax returns and small business entities.
Yuliana has assisted many taxpayers lodging their tax returns and receiving maximum tax refunds.
Since joining Charter Financial Services, Yuliana has assisted may of our small & medium entity clients with all aspects of tax compliance and administration, include preparation of Individual, Trust and Company Tax Returns as well as Business activity Statements and Financial Reports.
Yuliana has completed her training in accounting cloud software, and is a XERO certified adviser.
Away from the office, she enjoys reading, travelling and going out with her families and friends.

Mindy Dang

Mindy holds a Bachelor degree of Banking and Finance from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from Curtin University.
Mindy is currently working towards her CPA.
